DuckSoul Prototype: What We're Trying to Prove

DuckSoul's first milestone is not 'fun' but 'proof' — that human-agent pairwork can actually finish a game.

In the prototype we polish a single core combat loop to the end: the feeling that death is progress, not defeat.
